He has seven years of technology experience at Computer Science Corporation (Consulting division) in the US, during which period he worked in all roles from programmer to the technical architect on projects with several Fortune 500 companies. For the last 16 years, he has been with AgriWatch, where he has been a consultant to government as well as corporates in the areas of policy advocacy, Agri-commodities market intelligence, crop estimation, ICT in Agriculture, hedging and risk management, procurement strategies, primary research, and data-driven agriculture. He has a unique blend of technology and agribusiness domain knowledge acquired over the last 24 years.

Mr Kamal has been associated with the INDIGRAM group for more than 3 years and took charge of ISAP as CEO in August 2020. Prior to this, he worked as Asst VP with Reliance Retail Ltd (a key member in Fruits and Vegetable Vertical), VP – RJ Corps (Unit Head – PEPSI Beverages, followed by Head- Sales & Mktg- Cream Bell Ice cream), DGM- Dalmia Industries Lird and Asstt Manager – NDDB (National Dairy Development Board) including Mother Dairy Kolkara and Mahananda Dairy, Mumbai.

Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Extension from Haryana Agriculture University in Hisar.
He has almost two decades years of experience in commodities trade research, ICT interventions in agriculture, agriculture extension and development of Community-Based Organisations and Farmer Producer Companies. At ISAP, Gaurav not only leads the Agricultural Innovations and Institution Building teams but is Strategic Advisor around tech innovations across all project pillars.

Naveen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Post graduate certificate in Computing. He has over 12 years of experience in IT, e-governance, corporate affairs, corporate communication, project implementation and agricultural business development. At ISAP, he is head of Skill Development and Placement Programs where he supervises a team of skill experts from mobilisation through to training and placements.

Priyanka holds a Master's degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Rural Development. With over 7 years of professional experience, working on various development sector themes of livelihood, women entrepreneurship, gender, climate change; she has handled more than 20+ international and national clients and project partners. Over the years she has contributed to various projects with high proficiency in project management tools and techniques and has a strong understanding of the project cycle, from design to implementation. At ISAP, she leads the Consulting division, leading various research and assessment studies and ensuring partnerships with CSRs, Bilaterals and Multilateral agencies.

Dr. Divya Rai is a Doctorate in Public policy with more than 5 years of experience in sectors of women entrepreneurship, agriculture and allied sectors, women and public health. Experienced in monitoring and evaluation of interventions with an expertise in devising tools and statistical analysis using statistical software. Well versed in documentation and supervision of team for various evaluation studies. She has authored and co-authored more than 20 research articles.

Souvik Dhar is a skilled development professional with nine years of cumulative experience in the field. He has actively participated in the promotion of various livelihood value chains, women empowerment, skilling, and carbon projects in rural India. He is currently working as a program manager for ISAP India Foundation, where he is leading numerous projects involving the development of skills and the empowerment of women. He has also received leadership development and strategic nonprofit management training from Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago Delhi Center, respectively. Additionally, he was a member of the core group that created two water conservation case studies for the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration's IAS probationers.
